WIPKeep is currently in invite-only beta. A full Privacy Policy will be published prior to public availability.

What we collect. Account information (email, login credentials), accounting and business data you enter (transactions, ledger entries, business records), usage and error data, and support-related information.

How we use it. To operate the WIPKeep service, improve product quality, investigate issues, support users, and communicate about your account and support requests.

Processing. Your accounting data may be processed by the cloud hosting, database, AI infrastructure, and support tools needed to operate the service. We do not sell your data. Please avoid entering highly sensitive personal information unless required for your bookkeeping workflow.

Your data. To request data export or deletion, contact us via the Help & Support menu in the app.
